The Orange County Convention Center in partnership with the Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau maintains on-site Guest Services Information Desks with representatives staffed to answer any questions you may have regarding the Orange County Convention Center and the Orlando/Orange County area.  There are Guest Services Information Desks located in the West Building Central Lobby and the North/South Concourses.

The knowledgeable Information Desk staff looks forward to helping you with the following:

	Discount Orlando Attraction Tickets, as well as Orlando Attraction Guides and Information
	Airport transfer arrangements
	Scooter rental arrangements
	Directions, Maps and Parking Information
	I-Ride Trolley Passes & Information
	OCCC Event & Facility Information
	Orlando/Orange County area information, including local maps, golf opportunities and entertainment venues
	Restaurant Reservations and Recommendations (After normal business hours, restaurant reservations can be made from the restaurant reservation kiosks located throughout the OCCC complex.)
	Sale of sundries, including aspirin, batteries, toothbrushes, film and disposable cameras
	Transportation information, including taxis and buses
